Even if the there are no chairs but the Pastor treats us to a warm welcome |
We are taken for a tour of the church building, The Pastor donated this land- 4 acres to the church, the few church members are now working on the construction using local materials |
This is the church hall. When complete it will house upto 100 people, The roof will be grass thatched and walls of mud |

OUR VISIT TO THE CHURCH PLANT AT LII

This is the church building for Lii, can seat Approx 70 |
Rain has been favourable this year, there is plenty of food Gardens are beautiful and all kinds of food are available |
We are taken through paths to tour the village at evening time |
We roast maize around the fire while the family entertains us to cool worship using traditional instruments |
These are the left overs of our feast for that evening, we will miss the village dearly |
Our last morning in Lii, a traditional breakfast made of maize and black tea, There is no need for a table |
THE IBS SEMINAR- GULU TOWN

Transportation is a big challenge here, many of these pastors rode Bikes beyond 60 kilometers to the seminar |
